I provide counselling for adults aged 18 and over from all cultural backgrounds, genders, sexualities and life experiences.
My aim is to create a safe, respectful and welcoming space where you feel heard and supported.
Each counselling session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
This allows enough time to explore your experiences, discuss challenges and develop practical strategies that support your wellbeing.
You can book a session directly through the online booking system on this website.
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive:
• Email confirmation
• SMS confirmation
• A reminder 24 hours before your session
This ensures you have all the information you need before the appointment.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other.
We will discuss what has brought you to counselling, what challenges you are currently experiencing, and what you would like to achieve through counselling.
This session also allows you to ask questions and decide whether the counselling approach feels right for you.
Yes. Before your first counselling session, you will be asked to complete an online intake form and consent form.
This helps gather important information and ensures you understand the counselling process before we begin.
Yes. Counselling sessions are available in English and Spanish, which can help make the process more comfortable for Spanish-speaking clients.
Yes. Counselling sessions are confidential.
However, there are some situations where confidentiality may need to be broken if:
• There is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else
• There is suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable person
• Disclosure is required by law
Your privacy and safety are always a priority.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.
No. Counselling sessions are not claimable under Medicare.
No. This counselling service is not a crisis or emergency service.
